Cancellations made within 10 days of the cake order/collection date will result in the deposit being non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation will already have begun.
☐ Changes Policy:
All changes to cake design, size, flavour, colours, or details must be made at least 10 days before the cake order date. Changes requested after this time may not be possible.
☐ Refined Cakes and Bakes is not responsible for damage after collection
☐ Customer is responsible for removing all cake supports, dowels, boards, and any non-edible decorations (including toppers or flowers) before serving
☐ Non-edible items are for decoration only and must not be consumed
☐ No refunds will be given if the cake does not meet exact personal expectations. This includes variations in design, colour shades, finish, or taste, as cakes are handmade and colours and flavours may vary
