Shipping policy

Delivery is the only method of receiving orders. Collection is not available.

Delivery charges are calculated based on postcode and confirmed at the time of booking.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The cake becomes the customer’s responsibility once delivered and accepted at the agreed address.

Failed Delivery / Incorrect Details
Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or the recipient being unavailable, additional charges may apply.
Refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.

Storage and Handling
Cakes must be stored as advised.
Refined Cakes is not responsible for damage, melting, or deterioration after delivery due to handling, storage, or environmental conditions.
