Refund policy

Due to the bespoke and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

Cancellations made within 10 days of the agreed delivery date are non-refundable, as preparation and ordering of ingredients will have commenced.
Cancellations made more than 10 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any costs already incurred, at the discretion of Refined Cakes.

No refunds will be issued based on personal preference, including minor variations in design, colour, finish, or taste, as all cakes are handmade.
